Client Support Request

At DataTech, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality support for your point of sale (POS) and inventory control system with a focus on your best interest. Whether you’re using CounterPoint v7, CounterPoint SQL, or Microsoft Dynamics RMS, we’re here to help you through any challenge. 

All support is provided based on your current DataTech support agreement:

• Annual Agreement - unlimited calls within in the coverage period.
• Monthly Agreement – unlimited calls if current month has been pre-paid. 
• No Current Agreement – each call is an “incident” and billed in 15-minute increments. 

Any client support requests received after 5pm PST Monday through Friday will be responded to on the next business day unless your current support agreement includes “after hours” support and/or weekend support.
